Who we are

HustleMatch is operated by The Julians. This policy applies to the HustleMatch website, assessment, results, dashboards, and related communications.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: your email address, optional first name, assessment answers, consent choices, and messages you send us.
• Saved progress: if you choose to save a plan, we store your Site-specific ChatGPT account identifier, selected path or opportunity, assessment answers, checklist progress, dated updates you submit, pricing assumptions you choose to save, first-week session progress, manually entered payment and refund amounts, paid expenses, time records, currencies, dates and short earnings notes, offer draft wording and business contact information you choose to save, prospect labels and optional business contact routes, pipeline stages, follow-up dates and short notes you enter, and save timestamps. Sign in with the same account to reopen that plan on another device. A temporary tab-local draft may carry your choice through sign-in; it is not a cloud save. Do not include customer details or sensitive information in progress notes.
• Assessment and result information: your matched paths, fit scores, saved results, and the date and time of submission.
• Referral and activity information: the source that brought you to HustleMatch, offer links you click, and basic usage events needed to understand whether the service works.
• Technical information: our hosting and security providers may process information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and server logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide and save your assessment result; personalize your suggested starting path; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve HustleMatch; measure referral and offer-link activity; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations. We may send related guidance or marketing only as permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

How information is shared

We may share information with vendors that help us host, store, secure, analyze, or communicate through HustleMatch. They may use the information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer.

When you click an affiliate or third-party link, the destination company and its service providers may receive referral and technical information and will handle it under their own privacy policies. HustleMatch does not control those third-party sites.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including security, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may be retained where legally required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use care when sharing information online.

Children and location

HustleMatch is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The service is operated in the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as HustleMatch changes. The effective date above will be revised when changes are posted. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
