Using HustleMatch
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of HustleMatch. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to use HustleMatch.
Educational service—not a promise of work or income
HustleMatch provides an educational assessment and general planning ideas. It is not an employer, staffing agency, franchise, business opportunity seller, financial adviser, or guarantee of customers, sales, credentials, employment, or income. Match percentages are comparative assessment scores, not probabilities of success.
Your decisions and responsibilities
You are responsible for independently evaluating every path, product, program, platform, and company before spending money or sharing information. You are also responsible for applicable taxes, licenses, permits, insurance, contracts, platform rules, professional standards, and laws. Consider qualified legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice when your situation requires it.
Affiliate links and third parties
Some recommendations may use affiliate links that can earn The Julians a commission at no additional cost to you. Third parties set their own prices, terms, availability, refund rules, eligibility requirements, and privacy practices. We do not control or guarantee third-party products or services. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse HustleMatch, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Ownership
HustleMatch’s branding, assessment, scoring approach, written content, design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to The Julians and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use your personal results for your own lawful, noncommercial use, but you may not reproduce, resell, or create a competing copy of the service without written permission.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of HustleMatch. We may also restrict access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HustleMatch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or results. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Julians will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from HustleMatch or a third-party offer. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid directly to The Julians for the affected HustleMatch service during the six months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so those limits may not apply to you.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
